When you can see your whole country in front of you..

In a recent post, I mentioned how I chose Kanyakumari to be my latest travel destination. The objective was to reach the southernmost point of India completing the “tip-to-tip” traveling across the country ‘fantasy’.. Well, I did it. And when I reached the Triveni Sangam (translated as : Confluence of the trio (of seas)), I felt a deep sense of exhilaration.

I even made an impromptu video with my digicam capturing the atmosphere at the special spot, and yes, I do sound a bit breathless.. I was excited! :-)

I hope you enjoy the video..

I was really enjoying the videos you so generously shared, as well as the choice of music, but I experienced technical difficulty with the choice about the camera and I hope to go back after a while and see if I can look at some other choices. What I was able to see was worth replaying and I intend to do that, as well, later, also.R.G.P.-P.

  2. Wow that’s a lot of people on the beach! Nice idea to put up a video though :)

Thanks Chandni! Yeah, though most of the people there are not typical tourists like me but rather people on religious tours (of South India).
